Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Opusite platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the service.

Description of Service

Opusite is an all-in-one business platform for small teams. It provides project management, CRM, document editing, email campaigns, help desk, file storage, messaging, and other integrated tools through a single web application. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person may not maintain more than one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Opusite for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you may not:

• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the platform to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without permission.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store on Opusite. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Our platform: Opusite and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Opusite and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Opusite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opusite and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Your use of the platform poses a security risk to others.
• We are required to do so by law or a legal process.
• We decide to discontinue the service (with reasonable advance notice).

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before account closure. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain it longer.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with standard arbitration rules.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Opusite after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
